How to redeem a voucher activation code?

We are providing the free tour because we want you to be able to experience Asteroom right away without needing to worry about the software costs. We recommend you take advantage of this tour by practicing with your own house after reading: How to Shoot the Qualified Panoramas

Please understand that the free tour can only be used for tours with 30 panoramas or less. The practice is the most effective when done with a smaller space (3000 sqft or less).

Upon receiving your Asteroom Pano Kit please redeem the code found in the package in the mobile app or web editor for access to a FREE premium tour.

Activation via mobile app

1. Ensure you have downloaded the app to your mobile device 
2. Register an account when you first log in.
3. Click on the menu icon    in the top-left corner of the app, select 【Plan】, and enter your and enter your activation code into the field.

Activation via the website

1. Go to www.asteroom.com
2. Register and log in.
3. Click on the Setting  in the top-right corner, select plan, and enter the activation code with our dashes in between.
