How to access My Tasks?
Access on Your Phone:
1. Update the Asteroom app to the latest version.
2. Login using your Asteroom account for data collection (PDR, PDC, Inspection).
3. Enable Asteroom notifications on your phone.
4. Access "My Tasks" by clicking the Menu icon at the top left of the app.
Access on Desktop:
1. Visit asteroom.com
2. Login with your Asteroom account for data collection.
3. Click on "Settings" at the top right corner to find the "My Tasks" option.
To claim assignments
1. Tap on My Tasks and you will see 3 cards labeled with PDR/PDC, Desktop Appraisal, and Property Data Report Inspection. Each card shows how many assignments are waiting for claiming, and each of the services has its list.
2. Tap one of the cards to see the list of the service.
3. The list is default with a filter of "Task To Claim", and you could also tap the other 4 tabs to filter the list. The number next to each tab represents how many assignments are in the as-described status. Scroll down and swipe left and right to view each assignment.
4. Tap one of the task IDs to open the assignment detail and claim.
5. The assignments will be moved to the "Matched" tab once you claim them successfully. You can set a shooting date after scheduling and confirming with the on-site contact. The date can be updated without limit.
6. Once you upload and transfer panoramas to the designated account, the assignment is in the status of "Producing Reports". It usually takes 48 hours to be completed. When the status of an assignment is completed, it will be automatically added to the payout schedule.
7. To view assignments completed within a certain time, you could tap "Completed" and tab the calendar icon to set up the range. You could also swipe left and right to see the payment amount and estimated payout date of each completed/canceled assignment.
