- Garage/ Detached Structure
- Garages are often missed, possibly because they are neither fully indoor nor outdoor spaces. Pay special attention to ensure they are captured.
For detached garages or workshops, in addition to interior panoramas, be sure to photograph all exterior sides of the structure as well, not just the front.
- Bedroom/Bathroom
In large homes, it’s easy to overlook a bedroom or bathroom tucked at the end of a hallway or a half bath in a corner or the first room up the stairs. Please make sure all such spaces are captured.
If a toilet is located in a separate enclosure, ensure that it is visible in the bathroom panorama. If needed, take an additional panorama from outside the enclosure door to fully capture the space.
- Rooms next to the Foyer
In large homes, rooms may be on the left and right of the foyer—such as the dining room on the left side and the sitting room on the right, which is at the corner of the structure. At this time, the sitting room is often missed. This is because by the time you finish shooting the rest of the house and return, it’s easy to forget that you didn’t capture the sitting room at the beginning. To avoid missing these spaces, photograph all rooms in one area before moving on to the next.
