- Street View
Street view is essential and must not be forgotten. When capturing, ensure the view is not obstructed by vehicles or trees so that the road condition is visible.
In some cases, the garage/detached garage may have its exit on a back alley. Be sure to capture the street view of the garage exit as well.
- Side Yard and Backyard
- For detached houses, all sides of the property—front, back, left, and right—must be captured.
For townhouses that are sandwiched between neighboring units, side yards do not need to be captured, just the front and rear of the structure. The same applies to condo units, where only end units require side yard panos.
- Hallways
Hallways and landings are important for connecting different spaces. Please ensure you capture these areas as well, not just the rooms.
- Kitchen/Dining room
The kitchen panorama should be captured independently. If the kitchen has an island, position the camera inside the island area to capture the kitchen. Do not shoot from outside the kitchen, and avoid placing the camera between the dining area and the kitchen to merge two spaces into a single panorama.
