How to Get Started: Step by Step Guide

STEP 1:

Download the Asteroom app and create a new account to get started.

STEP 2:

Once logged in, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then select "Plan."

STEP 3:

Enter the Enterprise Code "Offerpad" to finalize your setup

STEP 4: 

Watch this video on how to scan.

Please follow the steps in this video till right before payment options. For Offerpad agents, no payment is needed. Instead, please transfer the scans to offerpad's main account (instruction provided below)

STEP 5:

IMPORTANT:

Please enter the following measurements in the tour name as C: XX  D: YY
 

C :  Camera Height: XX (in inches)

D : Door Height of the Primary Bedroom: YY (in inches)

Without the measurements, we will not be able to derive accurate dimensions for the floor plan. All offerpad scans are required to have this data. Please bring a tape measure for the door height.

* If the neck of the tripod is not raised, the camera height only needs to be measured once—as long as the same phone continues to be used.

Another important note: 

Please remember to scan the exteriors so the Offerpad team can see the exterior conditions of the property.

STEP 6: 

After uploading, go to the "My Tours" tab and transfer the 3D Tour to Offerpad’s main account.

STEP 7: 

Kindly transfer the 3D tour to the account "[e-mail]."

LAST STEP:

Please take clear photos of the major mechanical scans .....upload them to this form:
